Very grateful to have found this firm. Moreover, I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW that had serious engine malfunctions within 10 days of purchase that required the car to be towed into the shop for 2 weeks. BMW forced us to go to trial, which we won and were even able to recover a $30,000 civil penalty. Very helpful and the office was super responsive.

Robert's law office helped me with a vehicle I had recently purchased through a big dealership. Upon my daily routine of driving the car it began to have issues from the shocks, to engine oil pressure, frame damage and more. Multiple times I tried to work it out with the dealer but they kept denying the existence of any issues even after I presented them with evidence from the original manufacturer mechanics and a separate independent mechanic. Vanessa his (assistant I believe) was very helpful and the office was super responsive. After speaking to attorney Robert he assured me of the process and was able to get me very favorable results!
